Sturgis Motorcycle Rally
Q: I'd like to organize, or become part of, evangelism to the annual Sturgis bike rally. This is held in Kentucky, where I was born, and I have a burden for the people who attend. Can you give me advice on how to find groups I could contact. It looks like many of your tracts would be good. Brenda
A: Halleluia! Get after those sinners! Bikers make tremendous Christians, I have many biker friends. This is the Lord moving you Brenda, but I assure you He doesn't want you to get 'organized', He simply wants you to go in His Name and follow Him. That's how you avoid becoming stale and 'churchy'. Get filled with His Spirit, ask Him directly what He wants you to do, and do it. He will lead you every step of the way, as you obey Him in faith, and He will provide all you need.
It may start with a Biker tract ministry, but don't limit how Jesus can work through you.
Look at all the dead Christian organizations, and learn from their mistakes. Recall the simple obedience of Maria Woodworth-Etter, and what God is still doing through her ministry. Read how she faced down the devil in Saint Louis. "They had pistols and clubs, and were ready to kill us...". A little woman in a tent, and God. What a Team!
My advice is to trust entirely and directly in the Living Christ, not any organization, and take the first step in faith today.

Mary worship
Q: My mother is devoted to Mary. Is there something I can say that will hit home about praying to Mary? I told her that Jesus is the only way. Christian
A: Tell her the truth, in love. That she is deceived, and praying to demons, not Mary. Show her the wonderful tract, Why is Mary crying? and also the very gentle Messages from Heaven film about 'apparitions of Mary'. Remind her that Mary herself admitted she needed a Saviour, because she was born a sinner like all of us. Lk. 1:47. Remain her friend, and keep warning her until she is born again.
Can she marry a Catholic?
Q: Can I marry a Catholic? I am a born again Christian. My boyfriend does not pray to images, and does not do the rosary. He was a Protestant before. Yolanda
A: No, he's a sinner-man, he's never been saved Yolanda, and God's Word tells believers not to be unequally yoked. (2 Co. 6:14-18) You already know this in your heart, don't you Sister?
Just tell him straight. You are merely friends until he is genuinely saved, and then you will only marry him if your Saviour tells you both to do so.
At a loose end
Q: As a Christian, what can I do for others to help them find Christ? I have a family, and make enough money to get by, but I'm sort of lost at this point in my life. Donald
A: That's the Spirit! Here's plenty of ideas for practical evangelism.
I heard of a ninety year-old man. He took T.L. Osborn's stunning miracle crusade films into prisons, showed them to the inmates, then led them to Christ. You and Jesus can do that Donald.
Gate-crashing for Jesus?
Q: We read in chapter two of Mark, how The LORD Jesus healed a paralytic who'd been lowered through a roof, broken for that purpose. So, is it right for someone to violate another's property for reason of faith? Kenny
A: I naturally assume they also made a full repair of the roof, because it was a desperate need for access, not an act of vandalism. Christ commended them for their faith in action, He wasn't sanctioning breaking and entry.
Remember, they did it to get to Christ, and their faith was endorsed with a miracle. Christ is in Heaven now, so you'd be hard pressed to justify forcing your way into a building on the same grounds.
However, the Lord may well lead you to destroy demon shrines (like He led Gideon), altars, and idols; but it is better if you get the new believers to destroy their own idols. The stories I could tell you of the results, and the blessing!
