Prince Charles, Camilla, and the Windsor Curse

It pays to listen to the man Christ designated the greatest born of woman. Mtt. 11:11 King Herod certainly gave John the Baptist full attention, though his heart raged against the Word delivered by the Prophet.

It is not lawful for you to have her. Mtt. 14:4

Men Pleaser or God Pleaser?

Kings and Prophets rarely mince words, and that utterance cost John his head. It was worth it, he feared God, honoured the king with a divine rebuke, and finished his ministry on earth.

Herod's courtiers were aghast; how insolent to judge the king of the Jews by publicly accusing him of incest and adultery.

Rebuke a wise man and he will love you: rebuke a fool and he'll hate you.

Herod could have repented, like many kings before, and received God's blessing, but he was a fool, so is still paying for his folly today.

What about you? Learn from King Herod's mistakes. Do you thank God for the people He sent to rebuke you when you were foolish and deep in sin? Precious gutsy Christians who followed the Holy Spirit's bidding, and were not afraid of causing offence. If the Truth offends sinners, they need to be offended.

Can God Bless Adultery?

What would John the Baptist say to Prince Charles and Camilla?

Is that a union Heaven can bless?

Rowan Williams, the Anglican Archbishop of Canterbury, thinks it is. He had no reservations publicly blessing the adulterers, whilst claiming to be the 'spiritual head of the Anglican church.'

Who is your spiritual head? Make sure you know today or you'll be led to Hell by such apostates and false teachers, shamelessly robbing Christ of His Glory.

He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. Col 1:17-18

How many heads do you have?

Rev. Williams endorses sodomy and recruits sodomites into the Anglican leadership. Would you welcome his blessing?

Prince Charles certainly did.

Unsteady Rests the Crown

The man who would be king; such a tragic figure. Born under the Windsor curse, and doomed to tread in darkness, despite the religious observance, and acts of charity.

'What curse?' you ask?

The one that results from swearing the Coronation Oath required of all British monarchs. Here's the format of the sworn oath:

Archbishop of Canterbury:

Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel?

Will you to the utmost of your power maintain in the United Kingdom the Protestant Reformed Religion established by law?

Will you maintain and preserve inviolably the settlement of the Church of England, and the doctrine, worship, discipline, and government thereof, as by law established in England?

And will you preserve unto the Bishops and Clergy of England, and to the Churches there committed to their charge, all such rights and privileges, as by law do or shall appertain to them or any of them?

King or Queen:

All this I promise to do.

To swear an oath is a denial of Christ:

Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not break your oath, but keep the oaths you have made to the Lord.'

But I tell you, do not swear at all; either by heaven, for it is God's throne, or by earth, for it is his footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King... Simply let your, 'Yes', be yes, and your 'No', be no; anything beyond this comes from the evil one. Mtt. 5:33-37

New Covenant believers are forbidden from swearing oaths of any kind by God's Spirit.

Above all, my brothers, do not swear, not by heaven or by earth or by anything else. Let your 'Yes' be yes, and your 'No' be no, or you will be condemned. Jas. 5:12

The Letter That Kills

Notice also that British monarchs specifically swear to; 'maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel.'

How can a monarch who doesn't know the Gospel maintain its true profession? For centuries none of the Royal family has been saved, preferring rote lip-service and church attendance to genuine Christian faith. Instead, what is preached is man-made 'Christian' religion resulting in the decadence of morality abounding in Britain today. The UK has the highest teen pregnancy rate in Europe.

Charles has already stated that when he is crowned king, he wants the monarch's title changed from 'Defender of the Faith', to 'Defender of Faiths', or 'Defender of Faith', reflecting the, 'multicultural nature of UK society.'

This is a doubly irony. The title was originally bestowed by the Pope upon Henry VIII as a reward for keeping England in bondage to Catholicism. When Britain finally broke free of papal tyranny in 1536, the title was retained by Protestant monarchs, referring to the defence of the true Gospel of Christ. And for a brief time following the Reformation the Gospel did flourish in the Sceptred Isle, then rapidly declined into religious formalism and the nominalism we see today. Christian in name, but not in fact.

Prince Charles is a product of this decay, living his whole life under the Windsor curse, and aspires one day to utter it himself before God.

Come Lord Jesus, and put an end to this blasphemy and disgrace.
