I recently visited the National Library of one of the four remaining Communist countries on Earth. They have an impressive collection of books, and the place was buzzing with teenagers eager to learn.

I asked the Staff if they had a copy of the Holy Bible. I knew it was an illegal book, but I was stunned by their reaction. Instead of calling the police, they tried hard to find me a copy in their archives.

First we looked for one in their mother-tongue, then in other languages, finally in English. For fifteen minutes I helped them to search their shelves and catalogue, and there was not a single copy in any language.
