Introduction
'If anyone is in Christ, he (or she) is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!' Holy Bible, 2 Co. 5:17 NIV
Greetings New Creations!
Redeemed, recreated, and righteous: by grace, through faith, and that faith is His Gift. Alleluia!
The instant you believed in Christ He implanted Bible proof so that you can be sure you're saved. This month we examine two aspects of that evidence. We also encourage you to dare to be seen talking to prostitutes: just like your Saviour did. Tut-tut, shocking!
I found a 'Christian' teacher promoting the latest Harry Potter book; she had the spiritual discernment of a half-baked housebrick. This article will help you put people like that straight.
Seven Tips for Street Preaching will inspire you to begin preaching in the market place. E-pistles explains what 'Altar calls' are, and why that is a dubious term.
London bombed because of Bush and Blair's crimes, and there's much more on the way. They have guaranteed it.

Editor's Perspective
London Bombs: More Blood on Bush and Blair's Hands
Britain's top Joint Intelligence Committee (JIC) warned them, so did the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), 80% of Londoners, and this Editorial column, all forewarned Bush and Blair that invading Iraq would increase Muslim resentment towards the West for decades of brutal injustice, making reprisal attacks on Western cities inevitable.
The largest public demonstration ever witnessed in England marched against the Iraq invasion. Blair ignored the voice of the people, the advice of his own JIC, and now UK civilians are paying the price, along with the 100,000 Iraqi civilians butchered by his folly.
A recently leaked CIA document stated that the invasion had turned Iraq into a focus of terrorism. Before the invasion, the CIA wrote, Iraq "exported no terrorist threat to its neighbours" because Saddam Hussein was "implacably hostile to al-Qaeda". It has long been shown that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11, and possessed no WMD, despite the elaborate charade deliberately concocted by war-mongering leaders and official propagandists.
Much is being made of 'the first suicide bombings' in the UK, but there had never been any in Iraq until after the New World Order (NWO) invasion. Iraq has never had a civil war. Saddam was brought to power through a CIA coup. There were no 'foreign terrorists' in Iraq until 'our' State Terrorists invaded. More innocent civilians die each day in Iraq than in the London Bombings, yet it passes largely unreported by the media. 'Their' crimes are amplified and examined in detail, whilst 'our' crimes are designated 'mistakes', and brushed aside.
The subservient media culture displays sickening selective compassion. 'Our' victims are mourned endlessly, and honoured with state funeral occasions: 'their' victims are not even counted, left to rot in the rubble.
People for whom Christ laid down His sinless life, who have never heard the Gospel once.
God will not be mocked. Your Leaders rejected the LORD Jesus Christ's commands to, 'Love your enemy'. They ignored the Word of God's warning that you reap what you sow. They called for, then created, a 'War on Terror', and now they have it on their blood stained-hands.

Subscriber's Question and Answer
What is an Altar Call? Where in the Scriptures can I show this to non-believers?
Another perceptive and very useful question from an African subscriber.
Evangelists, preachers and pastors will give an 'Altar call' during a Gospel meeting to invite people to receive a blessing from God, particularly salvation and healing. For example sinners are called to repent and believe in Christ, and show it publicly by going to the front of the meeting and praying a sinner's prayer. They pray individually or as a group, and receive help to understand what Christ has done for them. This is called responding to an Altar call. People don't go to a physical altar. In going forward they show they are coming to Christ.
The term 'Altar call' is actually a misnomer because Christians only have one Altar; and that is in Heaven not on Earth. Under the New Covenant, to make an altar is idolatry. Roman Catholics, Anglicans, Episcopalians, Orthodox, and Lutherans revel in this sin. You won't find altars in Christian fellowships, only in the Devil's counterfeits.
If you worship at a fellowship that constructs a physical altar I advise you to leave and find a genuine Christian assembly.
A better term to use is an 'Appeal or Invitation', because you are appealing for sinners to repent, inviting them to come to Christ, and receive New Life. Or calling the sick to come and receive the healing Christ offers in salvation.
Scriptures abound to justify this practice: Mtt. 11:28, Mtt. 10:32, Ac. 26:20, Jas. 5:14-15 etc...
It is important to make clear that the person is coming to Christ for the blessing, not the evangelist delivering His Message. God's preachers point sinners to Jesus, and teach believers to trust completely in Him.
Beware of those who overbearingly 'shepherd', 'mentor', or 'counsel' you. There was an 80's craze for this in the West that was disastrous.
Get believers to depend directly upon The Counsellor, upon The Shepherd and The Mentor: The LORD Jesus Christ. And all you Pastors cry... AMEN!
Altars were constructed at God's command under the Old Covenant to offer burnt sacrifices. They were made of boulders, earth, wood, or bronze. In obedience to God's precise instructions, animals were killed, and their bodies burned on the altar by the Levitical priesthood (and their forerunners Abraham, Moses etc.). It foreshadowed Calvary, where the Lamb of God was sacrificed, descended into the fires of Hell, and arose on the third day. The resurrected Christ ascended into the Holy of Holies in Heaven and offered His Blood on The Altar once and for all.
The Bible says, 'Once and for all.' Oh I love it... Alleluia!
You see why erecting another altar on Earth is pure idolatry?
We have an altar from which those who minister at the tabernacle have no right to eat. Heb. 13:10
Where is it?
Summary: Destroy altars and all idols. Avoid the confusing misnomer 'Altar Call', instead make appeals, and be sure to point people directly to Christ alone.

Power Evangelism Tip
Seven Street Preaching Basics
Jesus was a street preacher, so were the first disciples and Paul: your pulpit is the high street, the shopping mall, and market place. Here are some tips to get you started.
• Get filled with the Holy Spirit. He makes all the difference. You need the Power Jesus had.
• Don't shout, a conversational tone is far more effective.
• Keep it short, pithy, and interesting. Your listeners are on the move. Hitting the nail on the head will stop them in their tracks. Long-windedness will keep them walking.
• He said preach the Gospel: that's His Good News, not your opinion. Do as you're told.
• When you are heckled, keep going and don't be rude. The Greater One is in you. He'll take care of the Enemy.
• Be sure to use at least one Scripture verse. It's amazing how powerful and convicting a single sentence of God's Word is.
• Aim for an on the spot decision. Call sinners to repent, and pray to receive Christ now. Invite them to chat with you after you have finished. This is when you will lead most to Christ.
