Liver Cancer Healed

A middle-aged Chinese woman was about to die from malignant cancer. Her impoverished family were at their wit's end. The woman's daughter begged anyone and everyone to help, even tracking down a famous doctor hundreds of kilometres away, but he refused to assist, and nobody else could.

The daughter was in utter despair, and wanted to die, she'd come to the end of her hope. Have you been there yet?

Put your hope in the Lord, for with the Lord is unfailing love, and with him is full redemption.
Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. Ps.130:7 and Is. 40:31

She wandered aimlessly into a shop, and a Christian sales-girl shared Jesus with her. Oh, look what happens when we are ever-ready to proclaim the Good News. God's love caused the daughter to weep, and without hesitation she received Christ. Then she asked if she could bring her dying mother for prayer. The poor family scraped together the cost of hiring a truck, and took the dear lady on the painful 200 km. journey.

The believers witnessed to the cancer victim. For two hours they prayed, worshipped, and praised God for this miracle. Then they laid hands upon her in faith, and commanded the pain and cancer to leave in Jesus' Name. Immediately she was healed and asked for food. The driver who brought her was astonished. Seeing she was completely healed, he attracted a large crowd by shouting about the miracle. They invited the Christians to preach Jesus to them all, and soon most of the city truck drivers were saved, and spread the Gospel as they drove throughout the province.

Brain Tumour Healed in Hunan

Despite fifty years of Communism, most Chinese are still idol worshippers at heart, burning incense daily, making offerings to lifeless idols of all descriptions, and worshipping their ancestors. In this spiritual darkness, a local Spirit-filled evangelist fearlessly proclaimed Christ's victory, and he baptized over sixty new believers in a few days. He called for assistance, and two sisters came who's anointed ministry was rich with miracle healings.

A man with a brain tumour sent home to die by the local Hunanese hospital doctors, was carried by neighbours to the Christian's meeting in terrible pain. The two sisters laid hands on him, and prayed, and he was totally healed. Over 300 people believed on Christ, and were water baptised after witnessing this miracle.

Without miracles, we have just another religion. With miracles, we have proof Christ is alive and Lord of Heaven and Earth!

It's tragically ironic that, during recent years, New Age alternative therapies such as; acupuncture, reflexology, reikki, aromatherapy, herbal remedies, and dietary fads, have been fashionable in the West, often masquerading as 'Christian diets', and used by gullible believers. Many of these therapies originate in heathen China, yet the Chinese themselves know that they do not do what they claim. When they fail, the Chinese flock to western medicines and hospitals as this man did. But today Chinese believers are repenting of occultism, idolatry, and alternative therapies and trusting in the only healing method recommended in the Holy Bible. God has no other way of healing for His people other than simple faith in His Word, His Spirit, and His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Everything other than this is an alternative therapy.

Bleeding Abscessed Legs Healed

The same evangelistic team noticed a Chinese man who remained sitting on a bench at the close of a meeting. When they asked what was wrong, he wept and told them that for thirteen years his ulcerated abscessed legs had bled continually. He'd spent most of his money, lost his livelihood, some fingers, and was a burden to his family.

The Christians asked him, "Do you believe Jesus will heal you?" He replied, "I believe." They laid hands on the poor man, and commanded the spirit of sickness and infirmity to leave. The pain left straight away, the abscess burst, and he was healed. Soon it was harvest-time, and single-handedly, he harvested over ten acres of paddy rice.

According to your faith will it be done to you. Mtt.9:29

What is your faith based upon? The word of the medics who tell you that you are incurable and can't do something, or the Word of God who says you have been healed, and through Christ you can do all things. Whose word are you believing?

Cripple Healed

In a home-church meeting in Suzhou lay a young man who had severe spinal and bone marrow disease. He'd spent a fortune on medical bills, but was still bed-fast and unable to walk.

Believers had carried him to the meeting, where he listened to the good news that Christ bore our sins, sicknesses and infirmities so we don't have to bear them.

He took up our infirmities and carried our diseases.
He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed. Mtt. 8:17 and 1 Pe. 2:24

God's Word was full of power and as he believed the message he was totally healed. At the next worship service he danced in praise to God.

Shandong Paralytic Healed

In 1991 a twenty year-old paralysed man was carried to a Spirit-filled house-church by believers. He'd been abandoned by his family, and become deranged. Because of his condition, he was absolutely filthy and smelly. Oh, how easy it is for us to ignore the untouchables, but Christ doesn't. The believers had compassion on him, and after praise and worship commanded the spirit of paralysis to leave him. It left at once. The next day, the man walked into the meeting, clean, perfectly healed, and in his right mind. Praise God!

When did you last stretcher someone into your fellowship? Invite the sick to your healing meetings. Bring the crazies, the blind, the mute, the deaf and crippled. Carry those who cannot walk, and if you can't do that, take the Gospel to them. If there are no healing meetings in your fellowship, you are with the wrong crowd. Hang around believers, not doubters. Follow Jesus, not unbelieving traditions

Worship where the full message of Christ is proclaimed, where demons are cast out, and hands are laid on the sick as Christ commands, and where miracles happen. Worship with people who believe Christ's promises;

With God all things are possible.
You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it. Mtt. 19:26 and Jn. 14:14

If there isn't a place like that in your town, do what the Chinese are doing, start one in your home. Then you'll see that Christ will do today what He did in Bible times, as He is doing in China and wherever on earth believers believe like they did in Bible days. Halleluia!
